David F. Smith, born in Hoboken, raised in Jersey City & lives in Newark, New Jersey, the author of two novels (Dying Of A Light & Total Control Volume One, The Infiltration), his third book SMITH’S QUICK GUIDE-THE TURNING MUSIC INTO A BUSINESS ‘MANUAL’ is now available through Barnes & Noble. Smith has received Proclamations and Awards including Best Urban Novel & the first of his generation to tackle Espionage in fiction, honored by the Mayors of Hoboken, Jersey City and Newark, New Jersey including the Board Of Chosen Freeholders, who appointed him the title of one of the truest intellectual voices of the Hip-Hop Generation. Smith studied biology at
Hampton
University and received multiple Certifications & Honors from UMDNJ (
University of
Medicine and Dentistry)
School of
Public Health. He has a degree in legal research from
Essex
County
College, Certifications in Public Purchasing from Rutgers University and founded OmniWorld-Media, which combines writing , film , music and Fashion. This Renaissance man is at the forefront of urban renewal and light years ahead of the curve, taking the film world by storm, while continuing to conquer the literary universe. Smith also composes, produces, writes music and is a designer of fashion. He worked with Jazz Great, Gregory Searvance on the musical score for the film and will be debuting his clothing line The David F. Smith Collection in his film "The Boutique".
